At American WeatherStar, we love a reason to celebrate—and our recent groundbreaking ceremony gave us a big one. We officially kicked off Phase 2 of our manufacturing facility expansion, marking an exciting step forward in our mission to better serve our growing family of contractors.
The event brought together team members from across the company for an afternoon of grilling, good conversation, and recognizing the people who make it all possible. While we missed a few employees who couldn’t make it, the day was a meaningful reminder of the strong team culture we’ve built.
We’d especially like to shine a spotlight on our manufacturing team—the crew working behind the scenes blending coatings, making samples, packing orders, and keeping production running smoothly. Their hard work often flies under the radar, but it’s absolutely essential to everything we do. We’re proud to say this current team has been with us for a while, bringing consistency and dedication to the job daily. One of them has even been with us for nearly 10 years. That kind of commitment and consistency deserves recognition.

This expansion is more than just a milestone for our company—it’s an investment in our future, our contractors, and our local community. With added space and production capabilities, we’ll be able to blend more high-quality coatings, increase turnaround times, and meet the growing demand across the country. It also opens the door for new job opportunities and greater economic growth in our area—something we’re proud to contribute to as we continue to grow together.
Here’s to what’s ahead—and to the team making it happen every day.
