Roof Sealants

The Terminator line of roof sealants, exclusively from American WeatherStar, are some of the best maintenance and repair products available in the commercial roofing industry. With a powerful combination of strength and versatility, Terminator 622 and 624XT are well suited for a number of different applications and substrates.

What Are the Benefits of Terminator Roof Sealants?

Terminator 622 and 624XT are technologically advanced, 100% solids, moisture-cure, VOC compliant roof sealants and adhesives. This product provides excellent adhesion and elasticity, making it ideal for nearly any maintenance and repair projects. Designed for commercial and industrial use, it can be applied to most surfaces—even when wet!

Stops Roof Leaks

Both Terminator 622 and 624XT are fast-drying roof sealants ideally used for quick spot repairs on nearly all commercial roofing surfaces. Once applied, it forms a strong, flexible, watertight bond and can be used for a variety of different commercial roofing applications.

Cures Under Water

Being a 100% solids, moisture-cure product, Terminator 622 and 624XT are perfect for use in wet, rainy conditions, and can even cure under water. They also perform well in cold weather conditions, achieving adhesion in temperatures as low as -40°F.

Excellent Adhesion

Terminator 622 and 624XT have unsurpassed adhesion to most traditional commercial roofing substrates including: metal, modified bitumen, smooth BUR, spray polyurethane foam, concrete, EPDM, TPO, and other single-ply membranes. Unlike most repair mastics, Terminator roof sealants can even adhere to silicone.

What Are the Limitations of Terminator Roof Sealants?

Perhaps the only limitation worth mentioning in regards to Terminator roof sealants is that no spray-grade formulation of the product is yet available. Current versions of the product are far too viscous to be applied with hydraulic spray equipment and must be applied using a brush, roller, or bulk gun.
