A special highlight of the meeting was recognizing employees who successfully completed our annual “Tech Talk” course—a deep dive into product knowledge, estimating, sales strategies, and hands-on application. These individuals play a crucial role in assisting contractors, building owners, and industry professionals, and their dedication to expanding their expertise was celebrated with well-earned completion certificates.

Putting the "Team" in Teamwork

Team AWS is a firm believer in balancing hard work with a little friendly competition. Whether through performance incentives like bonuses, extra time off, or a company-sponsored lunch, we know that a little motivation can go a long way. But at the end of the day, it’s not just about winning—it’s about pushing each other to be better, celebrating success, and having fun along the way.

With that said, in true Team AWS fashion, each year’s meeting is wrapped up with a lighthearted but spirited showdown. This year’s meeting ended with an afternoon at Top Golf. Prizes were awarded for achievements such as the longest drive, highest score, and even the not-so-coveted “biggest loser” award, bringing plenty of laughs and memorable moments. It’s competition in its best form—fun, motivating, and a reminder that we’re all in it together.
