Acrylic Flashing-Grade 222 is a 100% acrylic, high solids, elastomeric sealant utilizing the latest advances in acrylic technology. Acrylic Flashing-Grade 222 is manufactured from a unique acrylic resin specifically designed to provide increased tensile strength and elongation on problem roof areas. Acrylic Flashing-Grade 222 is formulated with a higher viscosity than Acrylic Butter-Grade 221.

Acrylic Flashing-Grade 222 is ideally suited for sealing mechanical fasteners and vertical seams on metal roofs, as well as around flashings, drains and penetrations on most roof surfaces. It has excellent adhesion to asphaltic roofing, metal, concrete, wood, and polyurethane.
