Aromatic Urethane 512-CA is a high-solids, single-component, moisture-cure base coat. This polyurethane elastomeric coating is uniquely formulated for sealing traditional roofing structures, such as EPDM, TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, and BUR surfaces. Once cured, this liquid-applied, moisture-curing polymer provides a durable, seamless, flexible, and waterproof membrane that resists lateral movement, shear, and will allow for normal expansion and contraction. Aromatic Urethane 512-CA must be top coated with an American WeatherStar top coat such as Silicone 410, High Solids Silicone 412, or Aliphatic Urethane 510.

Aromatic Urethane 512-CA was specifically developed as a protective base coat for American WeatherStar’s Ure-A-Sil System. It can also be utilized as a base coat with our Aliphatic Urethane 510.
