Existing Roof Substrate
Suitable for use over modified bitumen, smooth BUR, EPDM, TPO, PVC and structural concrete.
Surface Preparation
To ensure proper adhesion, pressure-wash the existing roof surface and treat it with EcoCleaner 925 to remove dirt, dust, and debris.
Fabric Base Coat
Reinforcing fabric is embedded into a wet base coat, forming a seamless membrane across the roof. The fabric is laid flat and fully adhered to the substrate.
Saturation Coat
A second coat is applied to encapsulate the fabric, creating a strong, watertight membrane for added durability and performance.
Top Coat
A protective finish is applied to seal the system, delivering long-term weatherability, UV resistance, and reflectivity.
Max-Ply™
The fully reinforced, 20-year roof restoration system for commercial flat and low-slope roofs, engineered with high-strength polyester fabric and fluid-applied coatings to create a seamless, fully adhered membrane with superior waterproofing, tensile strength, and long-term weather protection.
