Existing Roof Substrate
Suitable for use over modified bitumen, smooth BUR, EPDM, TPO, PVC, structural concrete, and spray polyurethane foam roof substrates.
Surface Preparation
To ensure proper adhesion, pressure-wash the existing roof surface and treat it with EcoCleaner 925 to remove dirt, dust, and debris.
Urethane Sealant
Seal all details (seams, penetrations, drains, etc.) with Urethane Brush-Grade 522.
Urethane Base Coat
Apply a base coat of Aromatic Urethane 520. This product acts as a primer, enhancing the system’s strength, durability, and flexibility.
Silicone Top Coat
Apply a top coat of High-Solids Silicone 412. This silicone layer creates a seamless, flexible, rubber-like membrane that delivers superior UV protection, reflectivity, and resistance to ponding water.
