Surface Preparation
To ensure maximum adhesion, clean all surfaces with EcoCleaner 925 to remove dirt, dust, and residue.
Rust Primer (Optional)
For surfaces affected by light to moderate rust, apply Red Oxide Rust Prime 912 (ivory-tinted) to ensure proper adhesion.
Acrylic Base Coat
Apply a base coat of DTM 3000, which delivers excellent adhesion properties and superior corrosion resistance.
Acrylic Top Coat
Apply DTM 3000 directly over the base coat. Available in various custom tints, this top coat is formulated with specialized pigments and biocides to enhance mildew resistance, UV protection, and color stability while providing long-lasting durability and weatherability.
