Existing Roof Substrate
Designed for use over metal roof substrates.
Surface Preparation
To ensure proper adhesion, clean the roof surface with EcoCleaner 925 and then pressure wash it to remove dirt, dust, and other contaminants.
Rust Primer (Optional)
If light to moderate rust is present, apply Red Oxide Rust Prime 912 to enhance adhesion and protect the substrate from further corrosion.
Waterproofing
Treat all details (seams, fasteners, penetrations, etc.) with Terminator 622. This advanced waterproofing mastic enables the system to withstand the natural expansion and contraction (thermal cycling) of the roof structure.
High-Tensile Acrylic Coating
Apply High-Tensile Acrylic 211 to achieve the desired dry film thickness (DFT). This advanced high-tensile acrylic coating provides exceptional adhesion and ensures uniform mil build throughout the application.
Color-Gard+™
