Existing Roof Substrate
Suitable for use over modified bitumen, smooth BUR, EPDM, TPO, PVC, structural concrete, and spray polyurethane foam roof substrates.
Surface Preparation
To ensure proper adhesion, pressure-wash the existing roof surface and treat it with EcoCleaner 925 to remove dirt, dust, and debris.
Waterproofing
Seal all details of the existing roof system (seams, penetrations, drains, etc.) with Urethane Brush-Grade 524-CA. This durable, flexible waterproofing mastic accommodates the natural expansion and contraction (thermal cycling) of the roof structure.
Urethane Base Coat
Silicone Top Coat
Apply a top coat of High-Solids Silicone 412 over the base coat. This advanced silicone layer completes the system, creating a seamless, flexible, rubber-like seal that delivers superior UV protection, reflectivity, weatherability, and resistance to ponding water.
